YOU@Normandale is a personalized digital platform connecting students to online tools and campus resources to help support their goals to Succeed, Thrive and Matter at Normandale Community College.
Students can complete brief assessments and create their profile in order to customize content. Users can set goals and check them off once completed, peruse useful and relatable content, or search for something specific.
Using the portal, students can explore their strengths and areas for growth across three domains:

YOU@Normandale is a digital platform that connects Normandale students to resources and helps them activate healthy behavior with a multi-dimensional approach to well-being. Unlimited use of this tool is free as long as you are enrolled as a student at the College. YOU@Normandale will not connect your activity on the platform to your name, email address or any other form of identification, nor will it ever sell your information to any outside third party. No one at the college will have access to your specific history using this platform.
Nod Combines science and student-powered design to give students the skills they need to build meaningful social connections. Nod is an intervention rooted in the latest evidence-based practices including positive psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness self-compassion.
