We are focused on getting students ready for the Spring 2026 semester, and have shifted into same-day services through Friday, January 16 so that we can get students the advising help they need as soon as possible - no appointment needed!
We have options for students to connect on campus and virtually. We are here to help!
Appointments will resume on Tuesday, January 20.
Our department will have the following adjustments to service in Fall 2025:
December 24 - Closed at 2 pm
December 25 - Closed
December 26 - Virtual Services Only
January 1 - Closed
January 2 - Virtual Services Only
These sessions are usually 10-15 minutes, and designed for quick and timely questions. We offer on campus and virtual support.
For on campus express advising, stop by the Student Services Main Desk near the College Services main entrance; bring your photo ID, StarID and password. For virtual express advising, log in using the Zoom link during posted times. Please check in at least 15 minutes before the end of service.
Please note for the week fo December 22 - December 26, Express Advising Services will be held virtually only. See service hours below.
Normandale advisors work with students based on their planned majors and interests. Not sure? That’s okay! We work with all students from undecided to certain about what they want to pursue.

PSEO allows high school students to meet high school requirements while earning college credit. Our advisors help students enroll and get set up for success at Normandale, navigate college, and plan for completion of the MnTC, an associate's degree, or transfer into other colleges and universities. Students should be meeting with their high school guidance counselors to make sure they are staying on track to graduate from high school.
