Minnesota is state that does not have a voter registration requirement and allows voters to register at the time of voting. Because of this, Normandale is not required to disclose Voter Registration information.
34 CFR 668.14(b)(32) requires all programs that prepare students for occupations requiring programmatic accreditation or State licensure to meet those requirements for all new program entrants (students) starting on July 1, 2024, for each State in which the student is located if they are not enrolled in face-to-face instruction or in a State in which a student attests they intend to seek employment. 34 CFR 668.43 requires disclosures related to whether a program meets the educational requirements for licensure or certification in a State.
Normandale Community College programs that lead to licensure or certification are designed to prepare students for Minnesota-specific requirements. While these programs meet the educational requirements for licensure or certification in Minnesota, they may not meet requirements in other US states, the District of Columbia, or other US territories and protectorates.
