Normandale has had a strong fine arts program since the college opened in 1968. It is one of only a handful of two-year colleges to have national accreditation in art, music and theatre.
The college is experienced with serving and adapting to a variety of community needs. For instance, businesses ask us to prepare our students for specific job openings. Hundreds of people take our continuing education classes. Community groups rent our state-of-the-art facilities for events.
Our college leaders and faculty cherish the relationships we’ve built over five decades with business, education, and civic leaders on both the local and state level.
