Do You Want to Make a Difference?

Normandale is the largest community college in the Minnesota State system. We offer opportunities for employees to learn, grow, and advance their careers while being committed to providing an inclusive and equitable space for students to learn.

We are located in Bloomington, a south suburb of Minneapolis-St. Paul, neighboring the majestic Mississippi River, and sits on the tribal lands of the Dakota and Ojibwe Anishinaabe.  Bloomington is the fifth largest city in the state of Minnesota and just 10 miles from downtown Minneapolis, while the Twin Cities overall are recognized nationally as a cultural center, with a strong arts community in everything from music and literature to dance and visual arts.
