8th Grade MCA reading score of 850 or higher.
Step 1. Submit your application online by the deadline.
Step 2. Upload required application materials to the PSEO Document Submitter:
a. high school transcript with your grade level and cumulative GPA
b. Minnesota Department of Education PSEO Notice of Student Registrations (MDE PSEO NOSR) form. Follow this guide for help.
Step 3. Watch for a Confirmation Email.
a. Check your email for your acceptance letter and next steps
b. Once invited, complete the two-step orientation process
• Review online D2L materials and submit a short survey
• Sign up and attend a New PSEO Student Webinar to select your courses with an advisor

We encourage all students to apply for PSEO at Normandale, however some students may require test scores to be eligible for admission. Find more information on eligibility requirements here
No. If you are not eligible for the PSEO program (fall and spring) you cannot take courses at Normandale, even if you are willing to pay. Students may only participate in the PSEO program if they are admitted through the PSEO admissions process.
No. All decisions regarding PSEO admission are final.
Per the Minnesota Department of Education Notice of Student Registration (MDE NOSR) form, the deadline to notify your district/high school for fall PSEO registration is May 30th and spring is October 30th. These are during the school year, when high school counselors are available. Your form must be signed by these dates.
