Through the Post-secondary Enrollment Option (PSEO) Program, Minnesota high school students can take college courses at Normandale while still attending high school.
Submit the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) PSEO Program Notice of Student Registration form, also known as the MDE PSEO NOSR Form (with Parts 1 and 2 completed) along with your original PSEO application materials. For future terms, submit a new MDE NOSR form (with Parts 1 and 2 completed) to Student Services, before registering for courses as a PSEO student.
