Leah Brink serves as Chief of Staff and Strategic Initiatives Director at Normandale Community College, where she partners with college leadership to drive strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional initiatives.

She joined Normandale in 2021 after working for many years in international education at the University of Minnesota with International Student and Scholar Services and Global Opportunities Minnesota, where she developed and led short-term educational programs for international students and recruited students from diverse backgrounds.

Passionate about collaboration and innovation, she is committed to fostering inclusive decision-making and advancing initiatives that strengthen student success and organizational resilience.

Leah holds an M.A. in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in International Studies from the University of Iowa.
