Jill Boldenow is Vice President of Administration, serving as Chief Financial Officer and stewarding the college's finance, IT, facilities, operations, and auxiliary services in alignment with the college mission, vision, and goals.

Prior to joining Normandale in 2021, Jill served for 18 years at the University of Minnesota with roles in the Libraries and in the Education Department of the Weisman Art Museum. She also served in leadership roles at the St. Paul Public Library, Ramsey County Library, and the Minnesota State Arts Board. At Normandale and in her previous role as Ramsey County Library Director, Jill played a key role in shepherding operational plans during COVID-19 that maintained safety and service.

Dedicated to playing a part in the success of Normandale's students, colleagues, the college, and the community, Jill holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Minnesota's Hubert H. Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a B.A cum laude from the University of Minnesota.
