Angela Steward-Randle serves as the Vice President of People and Culture, leading the college's human resources, investigatory, and equity and inclusion functions. She serves on the President's Cabinet, and partners and collaborates with campus leaders to advance the institution's mission, vision, and strategic goals.

Before joining Normandale in 2025, Angela's roles included Vice President of Talent, Equity & Culture in the nonprofit sector, Director of Human Resources in state government, and Director of HR for the Minnesota Army National Guard, leading large, complex, and unionized workforces.

Angela holds an M.A. in Organizational Management/H.R. Emphasis from Concordia University and a B.S. in Psychology from the College of Saint Benedict.

Angela is driven by a deep commitment to equity, integrity, and service and is passionate about building inclusive, mission-driven organizations where people are valued and have a feeling of belonging, barriers are removed, and individuals and communities can thrive.
