Student Services provides personalized information and support to assist you with student records, financial aid, scholarships, billing and payments. 


Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm

Same day virtual walk in appointments with a Student Services Coach are 15-30 minutes and are currently available via live Zoom.  We can help you troubleshoot Star ID issues, registration holds, walk you through completing your FAFSA, answer questions regarding your financial aid award and assist you with setting up a payment plan.

Student Services will be hosting several virtual sessions to help students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the Minnesota Dream Act Application for the Spring and Summer 2021 semesters. Staff will be available to answer questions and assist you with getting your application completed.

If you have quick questions about placement, your academic status, or need to make a schedule change, please check in for Express Advising through the "Chat Now" button. Have your StarID or Tech ID number ready along with a brief description of what type of advising help you need.

Advising and Counseling is holding frequent webinars for incoming students. During the 60-minute webinar you and a small group of your peers will review the basics of our academic programs and how to use our registration tools. Click here to view registration days, times and kinds of sessions.

  • Complete your 2020-2021 FAFSA application. This should be completed for Fall 2020, Spring 2021 and Summer 2021.
  • The 2021-2022 FAFSA application is available now!  You can learn how to apply by watching this VIDEO
  • Learn how to create an FSA ID. VIDEO
  • Sign up for Direct Deposit! Just a reminder, Direct Deposit to your bank account is the fastest way to receive your funds. To sign up, login to eServices and select Financial Aid and then select Direct Deposit. 
  • Registration for Spring classes starts October 19th! Look in eServices for your registration window. Click here to view course offerings. 
  • The payment deadline for Spring term is 12/17/20.  Please review the various payment arrangements to make sure you meet the deadline.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid provides you with options to make paying for college more affordable by applying for financial aid and scholarships. You can also find links to necessary forms to complete the process and more information about the types of financial aid available at Normandale.

Payments and Billing

Payment and Billing is the place to get information about the payment deadlines for each semester, payment arrangement options, your account balance, and the Nelnet payment plan.

Please make sure to keep your address and direct deposit information up to date, so that we can process your refunds and excess financial aid timely and efficiently.

Records and Registration

Records and Registration will assist you with registration holds, updating your student record, requesting transcripts, verifying enrollment and more.


Scholarships are provided through generous gifts to the Normandale Foundation. Our scholarship program recognizes students who have demonstrated achievement in their academics, leadership, service and extracurricular activities or have demonstrated financial need.
