STUDENT SERVICES APPOINTMENTS
Same day appointments with a Student Services coach are 15 minutes and are currently available via Zoom. Typical reasons for an appointment would include in-depth questions and assistance related to financial aid, payment, billing, records and registration that cannot be resolved via phone, email or chat.

Payments and Billing
Payment and Billing is the place to get information about the payment deadlines for each semester, payment arrangement options, your account balance, and the Nelnet payment plan.
Please make sure to keep your address and direct deposit information up to date, so that we can process your refunds and excess financial aid timely and efficiently.
Records and Registration
Records and Registration will assist you with registering for classes, updating your student record, requesting transcripts, verifying enrollment and more.
Scholarships are provided through generous gifts to the Normandale Foundation. Our scholarship program recognizes students who have demonstrated achievement in their academics, leadership, service and extracurricular activities or have demonstrated financial need.
