Due to COVID-19, all Student Services will be offered remotely. However, we are still available to assist you.  Please contact us via email, phone, chat or virtual appointment via Zoom

Same day virtual appointents with a Student Services coach are 15-30 minutes and are currently available via zoom. We can help you troubleshoot Star ID issues, registration holds, assistance with completing your FAFSA or Dream Act application, answer questions about your financial aid award or assist you with setting up a payment plan. 

Sign-up opens each day at 7 am

We are not able to help with academic advising or assistance with selecting classes.  For those inquiries, please refer to Express Advising. 


Student Services will be hostsing Zoom sessions several times per week to help students complete their FAFSA or MN Dream Act Application.  Staff will be available to answer questions and assist you with getting your application completed.

  • Complete your 2020-2021 FAFSA application. This should be completed for Fall 2020, Spring 2021 and Summer 2021.

  • Learn how to create an FSA ID. VIDEO
  • Sign up for Direct Deposit! Just a reminder, Direct Deposit to your bank account is the fastest way to receive your funds. To sign up, login to eServices and select Financial Aid and then select Direct Deposit.  
  • The payment deadline for Fall term is 8/2/21.  Please review the various payment arrangements to make sure you meet the deadline.

Payments and Billing

Student Services is the place to get information about the payment deadlines for each semester, payment arrangement options, your account balance, and the Nelnet payment plan.

Please make sure to keep your address and direct deposit information up to date, so that we can process your refunds and excess financial aid timely and efficiently.

Records and Registration

Student Services can assist with all things related to Records and Registration such as questions about registration holds, updating your student record, requesting transcripts, verifying enrollment and more.


Scholarships are provided through generous gifts to the Normandale Foundation. Our scholarship program recognizes students who have demonstrated achievement in their academics, leadership, service and extracurricular activities or have demonstrated financial need.
