Tuition Refunds

Dropping a course or totally withdrawing within the refund period, may result in a refund of tuition and fees. The method of refund is determined by the method of payment.

 

If you paid:

  • Online with a card – you will receive a refund to your card automatically.
  • Online from a checking acct – you will receive a refund by check or direct deposit.
  • In person– you will receive a refund by check or direct deposit.
  • By mail with a check, cash or card – you will receive a refund by check or direct deposit.
  • By dropping off my payment– you will receive a refund by check or direct deposit.

 

If you prefer to receive your refund via direct deposit, sign up immediately. Sign up is available in eServices and it is easy. Watch this video for step by step instructions.

Refunds will be netted against any prior or future semester balance before a refund is issued to the student.

 

All refunds will be issued within 10 calendar days of the official drop/withdrawal from the course(s). semester. If you have not received your refund please email Payments and Billing at paymentbilling@normandale.edu
