Normandale Community College's Music Department has announced its 2023 Spring Semester concert schedule. All performances are free and open to the public.
The spring season opens up on Monday, February 27 at 7:30 p.m. with a Jazz Combo performance. Following that date, there will be a Concert Band & Jazz Ensemble performance on Thursday, March 2 at 7:30 p.m. and a Concert Choir and Vocal Ensemble concert at First Lutheran in Columbia Heights on Friday, March 3 at 7:30 p.m.
The Concert Choir will also perform Beethoven 9th Symphony at Orchestra Hall on Sunday, April 16. More details will be announced at a later date. There will also be a Chamber Ensemble Recital on Tuesday, April 27 at 2:30 p.m., a Jazz Combo performance on Monday, May 1 at 7:30 p.m., a Concert Band and Jazz Ensemble performance on Thursday, May 4 at 7:30 p.m., and a Concert Choir and Vocal Ensemble on Friday, May 5 at 7:30 p.m.
