Anthropology Department Hosts Film Festival on February 19-20

The Normandale Community College Anthropology Department will host a two-day Film Festival on Thursday, February 19 and Friday, February 20 from 3:30 to 8:30 p.m. on both days in the Partnership Center (Room P0808).

There will be showings of five films on a wide range of topics ranging from religion to natural resources, some food at around 5:30 p.m. each day, and Dr. Bill Beeman, Chair of the University of Minnesota Anthropology Department will speak on February 20 shortly after 6 p.m.

This event is free and open to faculty, staff, students and the public, and it is sure to be a fun, thought-provoking time!
