Normandale is committed to supporting students facing barriers to their academic success by providing resources and services to help students overcome them. -Fort Snelling State Park

In the heart of the Twin Cities, this park offers extensive hiking, bike and ski trails. You also can canoe, golf, swim, and explore Pike Island, where the Mississippi and Minnesota rivers converge.

-Hyland Lake Park Reserve

A scenic retreat in the heart of Bloomington. Hyland Lake Park offers breathtaking prairie landscapes and endless opportunities for outdoor fun.

-Marsh Lake Park

A large, 500-acre park located near the center of Bloomington, just north of Normandale Community College. Marsh Lake Park is a haven for passive outdoor recreation.

Visitors are reminded to practice social distancing and maintain at least six feet between other visitors and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Daily Lockers Available On Campus

There are a variety of locker options available to current students for daily use.  All lockers on campus are for DAY use only.  A $30 fee will be charged for locker keys returned late or lost.

Yellow Lockers *Student ID is required to use these lockers*
Where:  Activities Building, in front of the Activities Check-In Desk
When:  Available during Activities Desk hours
How:  Present your Student ID at the Activities Desk and ask for a yellow locker key.  The key will have a locker number on it.  Make sure you return your key to the Activities Desk by the end of the day.  

Locker Room Lockers *Reserved for those using the Fitness Center or Gymnasium - Student ID is required to use these lockers*
Where:  Activities Building, check in at the Activities Check-In Desk
When:  Available during Activities Desk hours
How:  Present your Student ID at the Activities Desk and ask for a locker room locker key.  The key will have a locker number on it.  Make sure you return your key to the Activities Desk by the end of the day.

Coin-Operated Maroon Lockers *A quarter is required to use these lockers*
Where:  Activities Building, in the hallway across from the Fitness Center
When:  Available during campus building hours
How:  Choose a locker that has a key attached to it.  Open the locker and place a quarter in the slot inside the door.  Place your items inside the locker, close the door, turn the key to the left and take the key out.  When you return the locker key to the locker, you will get your quarter back.
