"Tuition-free" college/information session

Are you a Class of 2016 high school graduate?  Attend this information session to learn about the new MnSCU 2-Year Occupational Grant Program designed to help lower the cost of college to middle-income students who enroll in a qualifying career and technical program starting in Fall 2016.  Students can save as much as $5700 a year! 

These sessions are offered at 5 PM on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month during March, April and May 2016.

Careers PROGRAMS at Normandale/Information Session

Learn about Normandale's career programs which lead to immediate employment as well as transfer options

  • Discover career opportunities in  the Health Sciences programs: Dental Hygiene, Dietetic Technology/Food Science, Nursing R.N., Nursing Assistant, Exercise Science and Community Health Worker.
  • Get an in-depth descriptions of career and transfer programs in the Division of STEM and Education:  Biology, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Engineering, Math, Elementary Education, Special Education and Vacuum and Thin Film Technology.

A  campus tour is offered before our  Information session on Thursday at 4 PM and  Friday at 12 PM  Tours are 30 mintues in length.  You are invited to come for both events, or just come for the tour.  Reservations are not required.

Group tours are also available upon request. Please contact us at least two weeks prior to your visit.  Maximum group size is 45.

Normandale Community College is conveniently located at France Avenue South and 98th Street in Bloomington. From I-494, take the France Avenue exit and go south 1.5 miles to 98th Street. From I-35W, take the 98th Street exit and go west 1.5 miles.
