The library barcode allows you to check-out books, reserves, and other material from our library.

Where to get a barcode:

You must obtain a campus photo ID (Normandale Card) in order for the Library to activate your Library account.

Stop at the Circulation Desk with your campus photo ID and ask to have your Library Barcode Number activated. You will need your Library Barcode Number to take advantage of user services that allow you to: 

• Check out library materials including Reserve materials.
• View your library account
• Renew books online
• Borrow materials from another library (interlibrary loan).
• Access article databases from off campus.
