Migration Checklist - Students
What should I do before the migration?
- If you last attended class before January 1, 2017, your email and OneDrive files will not be migrated. Please back up any important emails and files.
- Back up any data or files in other Office 365 Applications including Swat, Video, Flow, and more. Instructions on how to migrate that data can be found on the Self-Migrating Data page.
What should I do after the migration on February 26?
- Log in to your NEW Office 365 account
- Update the Office 365 widget in D2L
- Look up your new email address
- Set up email forwarding rules. Forwarding rules will not transfer.
- Set up email on your mobile device.
