Rec-Miler Incentive Program
The Rec Miler - Incentive Program is designed to encourage healthy habits and help you stay interested and involved in a regular exercise program You choose your own activities and exercise at your own pace and convenience.
Registration - Rec Miler Incentive Program Register
Registration is free. The program operates for eleven (11) months (August through June each year). Participants keep track of their activities and chart their progress online. You are able to submit miles for anytime in the past 30 days.
Recording Progress
To receive Recreation Mileage credit, you must record your activities on line at least once a month on the Progress Form . You will not be able to record your activities past 30 days. A monthly calendar is available to assist you in tracking your activity. These calendars are for your personal records and should not be submitted to Recreational Sports.

Awards
All awards for students are free. For faculty/staff, a fee of $5.00 is charged for each T-shirt award. Awards may be claimed at the Activities information desk.
Milestones Awards
200 miles...Key Ring Zippered Pouch
500 miles...Water Bottle
750 miles...Duffel Bag
1000 miles...Champion Tee Shirt
Recreation Mileage/Conversion
The Conversion Chart indicates mileage equivalents for various activities. If you participate in an exercise activity not listed, choose something of similar intensity to convert to Recreation Miles.
