Student ID card requirements and benefits
All Normandale Community College students are required to obtain a Normandale Community College ID Card. It is the official student identification card for Normandale Community College. Each ID card is specific to the individual's status at Normandale Community College and entitles the cardholder to certain campus privileges and benefits. ID Cards are issued for faculty and staff as well.
There are many benefits to having and using the Normandale Community College ID card. It is needed for printing, entry to many academic centers, banking service options, and more. For a complete list, visit the Features page.
To obtain an ID Card, students must be admitted and registered at Normandale Community College and faculty/staff must be currently employed at Normandale Community College. A photo ID is required to have your Normandale Community College ID Card produced. (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, etc.). Visit the Service Hours page for information on how to obtain an ID card.
Please treat your ID card with care. Holes, creases and improper use will make the card inoperable. Do not bend the card or leave it in direct sunlight, near other sources of heat or in contact with magnetic fields. See charges below for re-printing your ID Card.
