Wait, Wait! It's Fall Development Days!
Join us as President Ester presents the "State of the College" address, hear a short presentation by Normandale students selected nationally to compete in Washington, DC and enjoy the Normandale version of the NPR show, "Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me." Following convocation, listen to a student panel discuss their experiences at Normandale, while enjoying lunch provided by the college. Thursday morning's highlights include a Strategic Planning Visioning Exercise in the Lorenz Auditorium. Afternoons on both days include breakout sessions, as well as department and division meetings. Check the employee portal for a more detailed agenda.

Normandale 20/20: A Strategic Planning Visioning Exercise 
Over the next two months, Normandale will engage in visioning exercises around important topics as part of creating our next strategic plan. To ensure that the statements developed reflect those of our whole community, please participate!

Ask Me Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are needed to staff the "Ask Me" stations for the fall term. Talk to your supervisor(s) to see if they are willing to spare you for an hour the first two days of the semester so you can help students in a different capacity. If you are a supervisor, sign up for a chance to meet new and interesting students! Click on the link below to sign-up for this fabulous fun time!
Order Your Business Cards
To place a business card order, click on the link below. In the right column, under downloads, click on, "Business Card Order Link," and follow the prompts. Fill in the appropriate information in the designated fields. Completed orders will be delivered to the campus mailroom within 7-14 business days. Orders will be delivered by mailroom staff to the employee listed on the business card.

Complete Required Sexual Violence Training on D2L
All Normandale employees are required to complete a brief training regarding sexual violence. This training includes three short videos located under the 'Announcements' section of D2L. For more information, click on the link below.
