Courses offered in this department:
CCD 1170 - Career 1: Self Assessment/Career Exploration
Prerequisites: Placement into ENGC 0900 or higher; placement in READ 0960 or higher.
Relate self-understanding of interests, values, personality and skills to career options through exercises and inventories as you explore career fields. Fall, Spring; 1 credit
CCD 2000 - Global Career Development Facilitator Program (GCDF)
Prerequisites: Prior experience or instructor's permission. Recommended: Placement in READ 0960 or higher; placement in ENGC 0900 or higher.
A training program for career development facilitators. The course consists of the education of career development facilitators in the following areas: career development overview, theory and information, helping and assessment skills, career information, resources and program design, reality checks, goal setting and action goals. Fall, Spring; 8 credits
