Facilities Management ensures a welcoming, safe, functional, and pristine campus. It operates within the area of Finance and Operations.

Facilities Management consistently anticipates and responds to all the challenges of running a 21st century campus. Normandale’s campus has grown from 1,300 students and four buildings in 1968 to more than 14,000 students with eight interconnected buildings.

Over the years, our facilities and structural footprint have been modernized to adapt to changing student and community needs.

The 76,000 square-foot Partnership Center opened in 2013 primarily to provide space for a growing number of students earning bachelor’s and master’s degrees. And In 2022, we completed the College Services Renovation Project, designed to accelerate student success and retention.
