Virtual Yoga with Anita: 9am-10am Come join us for some Virtual Yoga with Anita from Twin Cities Metro Yoga! This is a beginner friendly interactive yoga session for individuals of all skill levels. Virtual Escape Room: 12:30pm-2pm Looking to escape quarantine? Try out this virtual activity and see if you can solve the spy themed escape room as a "spy apprentice." You can complete this activity solo or plan to log on and escape as a team. Prizes for all participants and larger prizes for those who escape with the quickest time. Cooking Connected : 2pm-2:30pm Cooking Connected is a LIVE online cooking class! We go live on Facebook and YouTube every Thursday at 2pm. These cooking series follow a similar format to regular Cooking Matters classes. Classes feature a culinary instructor and a nutrition educator, who work together to guide the class through a cooking demonstration and a nutrition lesson. Virtual CEE Project - Cards for Seniors: 11am-1pm Join your fellow students to make greeting cards to bring a smile to a senior in a nursing home. Make a digital greeting card by following these directions. The Center for Experiential Education staff will then print and deliver the cards for you to residents at Presbyterian Homes in Bloomington.
