Outlook 365 (Student Email)

Office 365 includes the Outlook Web App so you can get to your email from anywhere. To get to the Outlook Web App, go to or sign in to Office 365, then in the top left corner click Outlook, Calendar, or People.

Calendar (Students)

Your calendar lets you create and track appointments and meetings. You can create multiple calendars, link to other people's calendars, and even share your calendar with other people in your organization.

This is where all of your contacts are stored. Contacts may be added in manually, linked from a web app, or synced with a mobile device such as your mobile phone.You can email multiple people at once, find phone numbers, and create contact lists (which you may remember as being referred to as "distribution lists" in previous versions of Outlook). From the directory you can find or create sites that you can share with a number of people to work on projects or share information.


OneDrive is a cloud-based storage service that is provided to all students, faculty, and staff as part of Office 365. You can store your files in the cloud, access them from any device, and share them with others.

Microsoft OneNote is an easy-to-use note-taking and information-management program where you can capture ideas and information in electronic form. Saving your files out to a personal OneDrive accounts allows you to sync your OneNote information acess all of your devices so you can access your notes at any time.


Microsoft Word is a software application in the Office suite that allows you to perform word processing. You may use Word to create documents such as letters, invitations, term papers, flyers, resumes, novels, and much more!


Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet tool that has the capability of performing tasks such as calculating equations, creating graphs, and creating tables.

PowerPoint is a type of presentation software that allows the user to create a slideshow in order to showcase information. It is commonly used by teachers to display notes in classes. PowerPoint is part of the Microsoft Office package and is available online, as an app, and can be installed on Macs and PCs.

Microsoft Sway is a presentation authoring tool. It's similar to PowerPoint in that you add text, images, media, links and other content to slides or what Sway calls cards. Just like PowerPoint slides, Sway cards are organized into a deck or storyline. You can then apply effects and designs to enhance your presentation.

Microsoft Forms is a new part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers and students to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionaires, registrations and more. When you create a form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices.

Planner is a way for businesses, schools, and organiztions to structure teamwork easily and get more done.
