Subpart A: Last date of attendance. For purposes of this policy, the last date of attendance is determined to be:

  2. The last day on which a student submitted an assignment, quiz, test or other academically-related activity;
  3. The last day on which a student actively participated in a group or online activity in classes in which attendance is not regularly taken.

Part 2: Reporting Schedule

Faculty must report a student’s last date of attendance as soon as they are reasonably certain the student will not attend or will no longer attend.  The first day faculty can report a last date of attendance or no-show is after the fifth class day of the semester.

The last day to report is the semester grading deadline.
