Computer and Device Support
This service provides support for Normandale end-point devices and associated operation system and application software. This includes Windows, Mac, and Chrome operating system and device support and a range of applications, both for in the classroom and for administrative functions.

*Please note that we will assist in installing Normandale-provided applications on personal computers, but is not adequately staffed to support general personal computer questions.
Hardware deployment and support, including desktops, laptops, and tablets for Normandale owned devices; installing computer peripherals and drivers; troubleshooting errors and issues on Normandale devices; providing information on common how-tos.
