- Diplomas and certificates are mailed to students approximately 6-8 weeks after the end of the semester of completion. Diplomas reflect the student’s graduation date, degree, major and primary emphasis (if applicable) awarded and earned honors. Additional emphases awarded with the Associate of Arts degree will not be reflected on diplomas. This information is also detailed on your official transcript.
- The name displayed on the student's diploma will be the name that appears in the College's student information system. Students who wish a different name printed on their diploma must provide documentation of their legal name to the Records Office. A student who submits a legal name change after the diploma has been ordered must pay the replacement fee.
- Students who fail to meet the priority application deadline should expect a delay in receiving their degree certification and diploma.
