Normandale Diversity Center Grand Opening

Join us to celebrate the opening of a new campus space dedicated to nurturing a sense of belonging, promoting healthy dialogue, and providing educational opportunities that strengthen the multicultural fabric of the Normandale community. Toys for Tots Collection
Now through December 1, 2016 | Donation Box location: C 1103 - College Services Bldg.
The Toys for Tots program was created to collect new, unwrapped toys during November and December for distribution as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in our community. Sponsored by SNAFU Normandale Veterans Club. For more information, stop by the Veterans Resource Center in Room C 1103.

Criminal Justice Expo! Reducing Recidivism Keynote and Panel Discussion
Wednesday, Nov. 30, 11 am-3 pm, P 0808/P 0806 - Partnership Center
Get connected with jobs in the criminal justice field, raise your awareness regarding the issue of high recidivism rates in the U.S., and find out how you can participate in efforts to reduce recidivism and the overall crime rate. The day includes a keynote address and panel discussion by people working with offenders at various stages of reentry into society as well as a 4-hour job fair. Participating organizations include Minnesota Corrections Association, Dakota Country Sheriff's Office, Minnesota Association of County Probation Officers, Amicus, and many more!

Sign in to Office 365 Widget on D2L Today!
The Office 365 widget allows you to log in to your Office 365 account by entering your email credentials. When you log in, the widget displays a list of your emails, calendar events, and OneDrive documents you have saved. Clicking on an item in the widget takes you directly to your email, calendar, or OneDrive. 

How to sign-in to the Office 365 Widget:
  1. In the Office 365 widget, click the Sign in to your Office365 account.
  2. Type your Office 365 email address, then click Next.
  3. Click on your Office 365 email address, type in your email password, then click Sign in. NOTE: after a successful login, the browser tab will close.
  4. Upon returning to the original browser tab, you can now view your account in the Office 365 widget.
  5. To expand your email, calendar, and OneDrive view, click the down tab.
  6. View items by clicking on the Outlook, Calendar, or OneDrive tabs, or click on the top navigation link to open tools in a new window.
Clothes Drive for the Homeless
Were you inspired by the "Stand by Me" photo exhibit? You can make a difference by joining Normandale students and staff and donate new or gently used hats, scarfs, gloves or hoodies to the homeless (food and gift cards are also acceptable). These items will be collected at the Kopp Central Information Desk near the "Stand By Me" photo exhibit in the Kopp Student Center. Donated items will be distributed to the homeless in the coming weeks.

Hong Kong Study Abroad Opportunity

Phi Theta Kappa Book Fair
Participate in an online book fair through Usborne Books. Funds raised through the book fair will be used to purchase new books for the Children's Book Exchange, located on the second floor of the College Services Building. The Book Fair runs through Friday, December 2.
