My professional and research interests relate to the areas of Positive Psychology, psychological health and well-being, career development, and student learning. I thoroughly enjoy talking with students about the Psychology discipline as they pursue their educational goals at Normandale.
When I am not working, I am most likely spending my free time with family and friends, attending my niece's and nephews' sporting events, exercising, reading or gardening. I spend a great deal of time during the summer, my favorite season of the year, in greenhouses as well as planting and caring for my flowers.
