Technology Needed for Live Webinar

You will need to view the webinar through a standard laptop or desktop computer (mac or pc). It cannot be formatted for a mobile device.

If this is not possible, please do not register for the Webinar option.

To join the session, you will need to have the conference link that will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the start of the webinar. Be sure you are checking your email and receive this communication.

We are not responsible for email communication that is missed due to junk mail filters, mis-typed emails, or user deletion.

If you do not receive this email 24 hours or more before the start your session, it is your responsibility to call 952-358-8530 at least three hours before the start of the session.

There are two ways to listen to the webinar:

  1. First is on your laptop or desktop.
  2. The second option to listen to the webinar is to call into the session: (952) 358-8950 and conference id 206905.

You will still need to be able to view the screens on your laptop or desktop.

Please note the following:

  1. You will need your Normandale Tech ID accessible. This is the 8 digit number on your acceptance letter.
  2. You will need to have activated your Star ID. There are numbers available on that site to assist with technical difficulties.
  3. You will need to be able to access the transcripts or academic records from your previous institution(s). You do not need hard-copies. Having a separate tab or browser window open to this information will suffice.
