Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a self-help method that is used worldwide to help eliminate stress, fear, anger, sadness, cravings, chronic pain and much more.  EFT uses intentional tapping on accupuncture meridians to disrupt painful patterns, and allow new freedom.  EFT is clinically researched as a method to work with emotional trauma.  In our courses, you learn the core concepts of EFT through step-by-step instruction, demonstration, and supervised hands-on practice. 

Our courses - EFT: Level 1 & 2 Certificates - meet the requirement of EFT Universe for certification, and are also intended for those who simply want to learn about and become more proficient with EFT in a supervised environment.
