The Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF)

Normandale has a long history of offering GCDF certification training across the state and nationally. We are pleased to announce that GCDF will be offered in an online/hybrid format. Learners will complete approximately 70 percent of the training online.

The training is designed to be highly interactive and paced for working adults. Learners will also spend four days face-to-face with their cohort developing their skills and refining their competencies. The face-to-face days have been planned to offer enhanced learning opportunities as well as to meet scheduling needs for learners who will be traveling to campus. Please let us know if you have any questions or need hotel information at 952-358-8343.
