The Pursuit for Living Well 8K & 1K Race takes place at Normandale on August 13

The second annual Pursuit for Living Well 8K and 1K race, to directly benefit the lives of people impacted by disabilities, takes place at Normandale Community College on Thursday, August 13.

Check in will begin at 5 p.m. on the Front Entrance Parking Lot at Normandale. The 8K race starts at 6:45 p.m. (wheelers) and 7 p.m. (runners). The 1K will start at 7:05 p.m.

Dedicated runners, push rim wheelers and athletes of all abilities are invited to participate in the 8K or 1K. Runners with jogging strollers are welcome.

Bring your friends and family to meet well-known television anchor and CEO of Bring Me the News, Rick Kupcella, listen to Tony Redmond as Elvis, and meet and greet members of the Minnesota RollerGirls.
