Normandale Reading Series hosts Author Geoff Herbach

The Normandale Reading Series continues on Tuesday, October 20 from 6 to 8 p.m. in room C 1095 with Author Geoff Herbach.

Herbach will be reading from his latest novel Fat Boy vs. Cheerleader from 6 to 7 p.m. There will be a Meet & Greet from 7 to 8 p.m.

Herbach is the author of the award winning Stupid Fast YA series. His books have been given the 2011 Cybils Award for best YA novel, the Minnesota Book Award, selected for the Junior Library Guild, listed among the year's best by the American Library Association, the American Booksellers Association and many state library associations. In the past, he wrote the literary novel, the Miracle Letters of T. Rimberg, produced radio comedy shows and toured rock clubs telling weird stories.

This is the third of four authors to speak during the 2015 Fall Season. The fourth author to speak will be Heather A. Slomski on Wednesday, November 4 from 1 to 2:50 p.m. Slomski will be talking about her book, The Lovers Set Down Their Spoon.
