Normandale Community College will partner with Mall of America to present the Normandale Opportunity Fair on Thursday, March 24 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Opportunity Fair will take place in the Kopp Center Garden Room, the Partnership Lync Area and Partnership Center rooms P 0806/0808.
The event will feature on-site interviews (at employer's request) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Partnership Center (room P 0808), resume reviews from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Kopp Student Center and Partnership Center and LinkedIn assistance and professional photo taking stations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Link area between the Kopp Student Center and Partnership.
There will also be speakers and programs going on throughout the day in the Kopp Student Center Garden Room starting at 10 a.m., Timothy O'Neill from the MN Department of Employment and Economic Development, will present "How's Minnesota's Labor Market Doing?". Laura Brandt, President of LauraBLLC, will do a "LinkedIn Presentation" at 11 a.m. That will be followed by Sara Rogers, Mall of America Trend Expert, present "Dressing for Success" at 12 p.m. O'Neill will also speak about "Navigating the Job Market" at 1 p.m.
