Normandale offers a variety of group fitness courses to the campus community. Here is the schedule for the 2018 Fall semester.

Mondays

Tread 'N Shred, 1:00PM - 1:50PM - located in Fitness Center  (Jan. 14 - May 6)

Tuesdays

Body Weight Training, 12:00PM - 12:50PM - located in Room A1560 (Jan. 15 - May. 7)

Wednesdays

H.I.T.T., 1:00PM - 2:00PM - located in A1560 (Jan. 16 - May. 8)

Yoga, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Located in A1560 (Jan. 23 - May. 8)

Thursdays

Basic Stretch, 11AM - 11:30AM - located in Room A 1560 (Jan. 17 - May. 9)

ABSouletly Core, 1:30PM - 2:00PM - located in Room A 1560 (Jan. 17 - May. 9)

Fridays 

Boot Camp, 12PM - 12:45PM - located in Room A 1560 (Jan. 18 - May. 10)

Participants of all fitness levels are welcome.
