SPRING 2018 GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE


Normandale offers a variety of group fitness courses to the campus community. Here is the schedule for the 2018 Spring semester.

Mondays

HIIT, 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Jan. 8 - April 30)

Tuesdays

ABSolutely Core, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Jan. 9 - May 1)

Wednesdays

Circuit, 10 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - located in Fitness Center (runs from Jan. 17 - May 2)
Body Weight Training 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the gym (runs from Jan. 17 - May 2)

Restorative Yoga, 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Jan. 24 - May 2)

Thursdays

Stretch Break, 1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Jan. 18 - May 3)
Basic Strength, 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Jan. 18 - May 3)

Fridays

Boot Camp - 12 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Jan. 12 - May 4)
