FALL 2017 GROUP FITNESS SCHEDULE


Normandale offers a variety of group fitness courses to the campus community. Here is the schedule for the 2017 spring semester.

Mondays

HIIT, 2 to 2:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Aug. 21 to Dec. 11)

Tuesdays

Walking Group, 11 to 11:30 a.m. - meet at Activities Desk (runs Aug. 22 to Dec. 12)

ABSolutely Core, 3 to 3:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs Aug. 22 to Dec. 12)

Wednesdays

Circuit, 10 to 10:30 a.m. - located in Fitness Center (runs from Aug. 30 to Dec. 13)

Variety Classes, 12 to 12:45 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Aug. 30 to Dec. 13)

Restorative Yoga, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Sept. 6 to Dec. 6)

Thursdays

Stretch Break, 11 to 11:30 a.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Aug. 31 to Dec. 14)

Basic Strength, 1 to 1:30 p.m. p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Aug. 31 to Dec. 14)

Fridays

Boot Camp - 12 to 12:45 p.m. - located in Room A 1560 (runs from Aug. 25 to Dec. 15)
