Normandale offers a variety of group fitness courses to the campus community. Here is the schedule for the 2018 Fall semester.

Mondays

Tread 'N Shred, 1PM - 1:45PM - located in Fitness Center  (Sept. 10 - Dec. 17)

Tuesdays

Walking Group, 11AM - 11:30AM - Meet at Activities Desk (Sept. 11 - Dec. 18)

Body Weight Training, 1PM - 1:30PM - located in Room A 1560 (Sept. 4 - Dec. 18)

ABSolutely Core, 3PM - 3:30PM - located in Room A 1560 (Aug. 28 - Dec. 18)

Wednesdays

Circuit Training, 10AM - 10:30AM - located in Fitness Center (Sept. 5 - Dec. 19)
H.I.I.T., 12PM - 12:45PM - located in Room A 1560 (Sept. 5 - Dec. 19)

Restorative Yoga, 2PM - 2:50PM - located in Room A 1560 (Sept. 19 - Dec. 12)

Thursdays

Stretch Break, 11AM - 11:30AM - located in Room A 1560 (Sept. 6 - Dec. 20)

Basic Strength, 1PM - 1:30PM - located in Room A 1560 (Oct. 4 - Dec. 20)
Kundalini Yoga, 3PM - 4PM - located in Room A 1560 (Sept. 21 - Dec. 13)

Fridays
