In the hotel sales and marketing certificate program, you’ll earn 18 to 20 credits in classes like 

  • Introduction to hospitality and tourism management
  • Revenue management in hospitality and tourism
  • Convention and meeting planning management 

You’ll also participate in a four-credit internship where you’ll gain practical experience and apply what you’re learning at Normandale.
