Mission Statement
The mission of the Divison of Business and Technology is to provide a quality education for students. Students will be prepared to transfer into a Bachelor's Degree program, enter directly into business or industry with an occupational degree, or acquire specific skills that they can apply to their careers or personal lives.
In addition to discipline specific learning, students who complete a degree or program will have additional opportunities in five areas that we consider essential for individuals entering the business and technology fields. These areas are: writing, communication (both interpersonal and presentational), team and group work, quantitative skills and computer literacy.
